Your game level (under your profile picture) on the profile page is based on your LEP gained over time in the game. You gain LEP points when you are wearing the beYou Hud. You will get an LEP point 4 times per hour if your stats do not fall below 20% (disabling health/symptoms on your account will drop this to 2 times per hour) If you fall below 20% on any stat your LEP point will not be awarded but only at that moment. As soon as you get all stats above 20% that will continue to update your LEP. After a certain number of LEP points you will level up in the game. (Profession leveling is different)
You can find the beYou Hud and Meter on the main website page if you are logged in. Click on the button towards the top of the page that says "beYou Hud & Meter". This is also answered in the cooking knowledge area. Meals will have a grade level based on your cooking level. NG (No Grade) will not provide any beYou game stats. These are for non-beyou members. LG (Low Grade) is for level 1 cooks, SG (Standard Grade) is for level 2, GG (Good Grade) for level 3, PG (Premium Grade) for level 4, EG (Expert Grade) for level 5. After this there are only Gormet level items only possible to make by Gourmet Chefs.

Adding to your kitchen is done through the cookbook. It is also explained on the cooking knowledge page. As the kitchen owner you have the ability to add other people to the access list. You do this using the cookbook. First stand on the cooking section and rez the cookbook out. Bring up the cookbook menu and select "Add User". This will require that the person you wish to add is standing close by. If that person is not around you will have to wait until they are with you at your kitchen. If they are in range it will bring them up on a list and once you select their name they will then be allowed to cook on your kitchen. Remember that this will give them the ability to deplete your cooking assets so make sure you trust this person and are ok with them using up your ingredients when you aren't around.
Make sure you're standing on the cooking section when using the cookbook. If you are and it is still not working please stand up, click the counter and use the "Reset" option.
This is because the remaining cupboards need to be rezzed from the kitchen. Please use the main kitchen menu to rez out the rest of the counters.
No, the books aren't meant for you to babysit. They are meant to take a certain amount of time to finish and to allow you the opportunity to answer bonus questions along the way. You can start up the training chapter and leave until it messages you about the question.
Achievements are done to help you level up in professions. You can only complete them if you have the profession enabled for that achievement. If you fail to enable the profession you will not get a star! You do in-world actions which are pre-determined based on the achievement. Once you complete the achievement it will get checked off on your achievements page and you can use it to level up. Some achievements require multiple actions per star, not all stars are given out for a single action so please read the achievement carefully.
Please read the achievements explanation above.
Generally 11, but that's not always the case. Some may have up to 15. It depends on the training module.
You need to use the menu on the book. The book will be rezzed out by the podium. You never need to pick it up it will always be there when you need it. When you are done the book will automatically delete itself. Use the book menu to select a training module to start. Once completed the training module will NOT show up again.
You can finish on your own time. Nothing says you have to finish. If you decide to stop and start another book your progress will be saved so do not worry about losing time.
We recommend that you take the "Learning to Train" training module. We used to make it mandatory and now we just send people to get that book if they aren't understanding how it all works. You must be a game level 5 to enable a profession. You can use the professions options once you have reached this point. It usually takes about a week.
