There's no crafting recipe for the Agave Mother Seed. It's sold only at the BeYou Sim. (Tobacco and Tea Mother Plant Seeds are different: Cultivators craft them and sell them on the markets. That's usually where the confusion comes from.)
Keep working your levels and come back once you meet both.

Enriched Soil farming: Farmer level 2+All 20 cuts are the variety the pot picked. You can't choose it. The 20 varieties fall into four families, and the family decides which Fermented agave its syrup goes into (see step 4).

Because each pot gives one random variety, you'll need syrup from other players to complete a recipe.
All 20 varieties have a Shred recipe, but Shredded Agave Fibers only uses Weber, Blue Weber, Weber Hybrid, Spirit, Tequila Sun, East Azul, Light Ray, ShawII and TriColor. No recipe uses the other 11 shredded varieties, so press those into syrup instead.
Each recipe uses 7 of its main Fermented agave (Tequila or Mezcal) plus 4 Fermented Raicilla and 4 Fermented Reposado, along with oil blends, extracts, dyes and other inputs that vary by recipe.
