Getting started

Before you start

  • Be beYou level 5 to turn on any profession.
  • Be beYou level 25 to use most of its equipment. You can start your books before then.
  • Have health enabled on your account.
  • Three professions can be active at once, and a change locks for 60 days.
  • Hold off buying equipment and recipes until you reach the level that needs them.

Your first books

  1. Learning to Train, which comes with the beYou Study Hall Skill Trainer desk.
  2. At level 0: Refinement Trainee-001A, Refinement Trainee-001B.
  3. At level 1: Refinement Beginner-002A, Refinement Beginner-002B. Do not start these before level 1; its research only counts books finished at that level.
  4. After that, your books come through Education.

What a level takes

Levelling Refinement is research: a set list of tasks for each level, done in world. Alongside them a level needs skill points and LEP, and its training books.

15 tasks, 59 things to do in all, to reach level 1.

Some of these only start counting once the task before them is finished, so work down the list in order.
